Mix Pickle

Mix Pickle is more likely to feature fruits than vegetables in Indian cuisine. Unlike western pickles, this pickle is made with oil and is more likely to employ lemon juice or another acid as a souring agent rather than vinegar. A dab of pickle is occasionally taken with a mouthful of roti. Mix Pickle is commonly eaten with a bite of curd rice in south Indian dishes. Some individuals prefer to eat plain rice with pickles. This is very effective as well as economical and safe to use.
